Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We attempt to display product colors and images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee monitor accuracy.
We reserve the right to limit sales, quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND ARTWORK
Many products sold by Kraft Life, LLC are custom made to order.

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or other materials to Kraft Life, LLC, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to use such materials or have permission from the intellectual property owner to reproduce them.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kraft Life, LLC from any claims arising from the use of artwork provided by you.

Kraft Life, LLC reserves the right to refuse to produce any design that we believe may violate intellectual property laws or community standards.

SECTION 7 - DESIGN PROOFS AND APPROVAL
Customers may be provided with digital proofs prior to production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval.
Approval of a proof confirms that spelling, layout, colors, placement, and sizing are correct.
Kraft Life, LLC is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOM ORDERS AND FINAL SALE
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale once production has begun.
Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where the product is defective due to an error by Kraft Life, LLC.

SECTION 9 - PRODUCTION VARIANCES
Due to differences in fabrics, inks, embroidery processes, screen displays, and manufacturing methods, final products may vary slightly from digital mockups or previews.
Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing are considered normal production tolerances and are not defects.

SECTION 10 - CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS
Kraft Life Apparel is happy to decorate customer supplied items. While we handle all items with care and use professional equipment and processes, apparel and items not purchased through Kraft Life Apparel cannot be replaced or guaranteed in the event of damage or defects. We recommend providing a small number of extra items if available to reduce the possibility of delaying your order.

SECTION 11 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases.

SECTION 12 - SHIPPING
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Kraft Life, LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.  Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional provisions including details for rush orders.

SECTION 13 - CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact Kraft Life, LLC to resolve any order concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of service and recovery of associated fees and collection costs.

SECTION 14 - THIRD PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.

SECTION 15 - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without compensation.

SECTION 16 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kraft Life, LLC and its affiliates, employees, and service providers from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms.

SECTION 20 - FORCE MAJEURE
Kraft Life, LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, supply shortages, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.

SECTION 21 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

SECTION 22 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either you or us. We may terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 23 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kraft Life, LLC regarding use of the Service.

SECTION 24 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.

SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
