PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES
At Kraft Life, LLC, many of our products are custom decorated or made to order. Because of this, orders require time for production before they ship.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders are processed and produced within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Production time may vary depending on:

• Order size
• Level of customization
• Product availability
• Seasonal demand

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is separate from production time. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can determine if your timeline can be accommodated.

Kraft Life, LLC cannot guarantee production or shipping timelines for orders required by a specific event date.

ORDER STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

HIGH VOLUME PERIODS
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, production timelines may be slightly longer than normal.
