CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Kraft Life, LLC specializes in custom decorated apparel and personalized products. By placing a custom order with us, you agree to the following terms.

ARTWORK RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production are owned by them or that they have permission to use them.

By submitting artwork to Kraft Life, LLC, you confirm that the design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Kraft Life, LLC reserves the right to refuse to produce any design that we believe may violate intellectual property laws or community standards.

DESIGN PROOFS
Customers may receive a digital proof before production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approving them.

Approval of a proof confirms that spelling, layout, colors, placement, and sizing are correct. Kraft Life, LLC is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

PRODUCTION TIMES
Production timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and product availability.

Estimated production times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Due to differences in fabrics, printing methods, embroidery processes, and screen displays, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur and are considered normal production tolerances.

FINAL SALE
Custom and personalized items are produced specifically for each order and are considered final sale once production has begun.
